What is the standard shipping timeframe for lighting fixtures?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location, though larger chandeliers may require specialized freight handling.
Do your lamps come with light bulbs included?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness, bulbs are sold separately unless explicitly stated in the product description.
What is your return policy for damaged or unsatisfactory items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your fixture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Are your products compatible with smart home dimmer switches?
Most of our LED and incandescent fixtures are dimmable; however, compatibility depends on the specific bulb used. Please check the 'Technical Specifications' section on the product page for details.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Currently, Lamptitude provides the hardware and instructions for installation, but we do not offer in-house electrical services. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.
What kind of warranty do you provide on your products?
All Lamptitude fixtures come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components under normal residential use.
