Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if the item is eligible.
Pack and Ship
Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all internal padding and hardware included, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for damages, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
